Our fee is due at the completion of our work, the day of the cleaning. We accept Zelle/Venmo, check and (always prefer) cash.
We work very hard to clean your home and we use our own supplies, we also pay our employees the end of each day of work. For that reason we ask that you pay us right after the completion of our work.

No need, unless you want to, you can just provide us with access. You can leave a key in the place that is most convenient for you! We just ask that you don’t micromanage us while we are cleaning your home. After when we are done with our cleaning, we ask that you do a walk-through, to make sure we didnt miss anything out inadvertently.
We usually do not specify the length of the cleaning. We clean until we are finished for a standard home and within reason. For special cases or extremely large homes, we may adjust the estimate and price for fairness. Please have your home organized before we come to clean your home. If we need to spend additional time to organize your home, so we can clean it, we may charge you extra for the time it took us to organize your home so we can clean.
